This explains why the Sixers are never on television.
Also, why do we only count goals that a team actually scores on the soccer field? For example, when Drexel played Virginia Commonwealth, Drexel had 16 shots on goal and two corner kicks, whereas VCU had 23 shots and 17 corner kicks. The ending score was 2-2, but as a percentage, Drexel did a lot better. The game was considered a tie, but I think Drexel won that one.
Fantasy Football. Why is it considered so out of the ordinary to have a female league? I mean sure, my league this year is kind of a bogus, all-girls, four-person deal. But it's so we can learn the system and have a real league next year. I watch the games, figure out who has the best chance of getting the most points for the next week and then edit my roster accordingly. What is so strange about that? Most people I talk to think it's some taboo phenomenon, having a girl's fantasy league.
How do guys memorize all the statistics from games that happen? The only way I remember what happened in the Patriots-Buccaneers game last weekend was because I looked it up online after watching the game. I mean I knew what had happened; Wes Welker did well and I checked his statistics because he's on my fantasy team. But I couldn't tell you how many passing yards Tom Brady had after this game as compared to last season. I don't know, I just don't comprehend how guys can just know all this information, although I guess it could be compared to how girls can memorize every designer brand-name that's in Vogue.
