The following are crimes that occurred on or near campus and were reported to The Triangle by the Drexel University Department of Public Safety. All information included in this report is taken from law enforcement or DPS incident reports.
October 12, 2009
ROBBERY
10:45 a.m. 3300 Block of Baring St.
Drexel Police arrested a 52-year-old black male identified as Richard Stevens in connection with the robbery of a Drexel student. There were no injuries in the incident and the stolen property was recovered.
THEFT FROM BUILDING
12:45 p.m. 3500 Block of Market St.
A non-Drexel affiliate reported to Philadelphia Police that unknown person/s took his iPhone that was left unattended and unsecured in an office of a non-Drexel building.

THEFT FROM BUILDING
4 p.m. 3000 Block of Market St.
A Drexel student reported that unknown person/s took her laptop computer that she left unattended on a table in a non-Drexel building.
THEFT FROM BUILDING
10 p.m. Millenium Hall
A Drexel student reported that unknown person/s took a bag of clothing that was left unattended in the hallway.
October 17, 2009
THEFT FROM BUILDING
3 a.m. University Crossings
A Drexel student reported that between 10 p.m., Oct. 16, and 3 a.m., Oct. 17, unknown person/s took his laptop computer from his desk while they were attending a party at his residence.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE
4 p.m. 3300 Block of Cherry St.
A Drexel student reported that unknown person/s removed the vehicle registration plate from her auto.
VANDALISM
9:45 p.m. 200 Block of N. 33rd St.
A Drexel student reported that between 2 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. unknown person/s damaged the mirror on the left front door of his vehicle.
During the period covered in this report, there were three alcohol related policy violations reported. All of the students involved were transported by Fire Medic personnel to the hospital for treatment and all of the incidents were forwarded to the Office of Student Conduct.
