W. lax season ends

The women's lacrosse team's season came to and end April 25 with a 10-18 loss at the hands of CAA rival Hofstra.
Drexel finished the season with a 0-7 record in the CAA, and was 8-9 overall. It started the year off extremely strong, winning eight of its first nine games, all of which were non- conference.
Following their five-game winning streak, however, the Dragons proceeded to lose eight of their last nine games, seven of which were in the conference.
Drexel had two players named to Colonial Athletic Association All-Conference teams.
Junior midfielder Katie Lawson was named second-team All-CAA. Lawson finished the season with 44 points and 39 goals.
Freshman attacker Charlotte Wood was named to the CAA All-Rookie Team. Wood finished her season with 40 points and 33 goals.
Another key contributor to the Dragons' season this year was junior attacker Becca Drylie-Perkins. Drylie-Perkins finished with 25 goals and 29 points.
