The brothers of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity will host a "Late Night BBQ" April 18 to raise money for the Constantine Papadakis Fund at Drexel University.
According to Alex Mandel, vice president of Alpha Epsilon Pi, the event will run from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. outside the AEPi house, which is located on Greek Row.
"We recognize the wonderful thing Taki did for this school. Papadakis took this school to amazing heights," Mandel said.
Freshmen Grant Woldoff and Rob Wexler organized the event, during which the brothers will be grilling hot dogs and hamburgers to sell to the public.
The brothers felt they should honor Papadakis for his 14 years of accomplishment at Drexel, Jon Wolf, a sophomore film and video major, said.
Mandel has also been collecting donations directly from other Alpha Epsilon Pi brothers to donate to the Constantine Papadakis Fund.
