Marginean started off the game on fire, scoring her team's first 12 points and 17 overall in the first half.
"I think the slips were open so we just took advantage of it until they stopped us," Marginean, referring to the Huskies lackluster first-half defense, said.
One statistic that stood out would be the amount of turnovers for each team. Drexel, who managed to win anyway, gave it away 20 times.
"It is just a matter of focus and working together. I feel that is still our weakness, girls not being on the same page," Drexel head coach Denise Dillon said. "Unfortunately we have our lapses or setbacks where we just throw the ball out of bounds or to the other team."
"We have to cut our turnovers, but we ended up with the win so that's all that matters," Marginean added.
One other key contributor was senior forward Brooke Cornish. Cornish, whose previous season high in blocks was three, recorded six against Northeastern.
"She's realizing how to use her size," Dillon said.
