Gabriela Marginean scored 26 of her game-high 32 points to lead the Dragons (3-3) to a 67-63 win over host Colorado in the consolation game of the Coors Classic Tournament.

Marginean scored Drexel's final 12 points of the game and was a perfect 12-for-12 from the free-throw line.

Jasmina Rosseel had 10 points and set a tournament record for three-point attempts.

Drexel trailed by 13 early in the first half, but used a 15-3 run to cut the deficit to 43-42. But Marginean, who got into foul trouble in the first 12 minutes of the half, came up big.

Colorado (2-3), was unable to put the Dragons away in the consolation game of the tournament, and the Dragons capitalized on their mistakes.

Despite trailing 53-46 with 7:32 left in the game, Drexel went to its most reliable player, Marginean, who is also one of the top scorers in the nation.

Colorado tied the game at 63 apiece, but Marginean made a layup to break the tie and eventually give her team the win.

The women's basketball team continues play Dec. 5 against Army.
