The following are crimes that occurred on or near campus and were reported to The Triangle by the Drexel University Department of Public Safety. All information included in this report is taken from law enforcement or DPS incident reports.
October 28, 2008
VANDALISM
2:03 a.m. 3100 Block Market St.
A student reported that the side rear window of his brown Toyota Corrola had been broken. Nothing was reported missing from the vehicle.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE
2:43 p.m. 3200 Block of Summer St.
A Drexel student reported that her 2000 Jeep Cherokee had been broken into. A Zappo shipping box containing a pair of rain boots and possible a text book were missing. The boots were valued at about $180.
VANDALISM
6:11 p.m. 3200 Block of Race St.
DPS recieved report of a student whose grey Honda Accord had been broken into. The back passenger window was broken. Nothing was reported missing from the vehicle.

THEFT-BICYCLE
1:38 p.m. Korman Building
A student reported the theft of his black Raleigh mountain bike. The bike had been stolen a day prior to the report being filed with DPS. The bike was valued at about $250.
October 30, 2008
DRUNKENESS
12:44 a.m. 34th St. and Chestnut St.
Penn Police reported to DPS that they had a Drexel student in custody for public drunkenness. The student was escorted to campus by UCD.
VANDALISM
1:12 a.m. 3200 Block of Winter St.
DPS found a couch on fire on the northwest corner of 32nd and Winter streets. The fire was extinguished and a report was filed.
VANDALISM
4:09 a.m. 3100 Block Baring St.
DPS found a white Buick Century flipped onto the driver's side. The car was put right side up in the parking space by a tow truck. A Drexel student later reported his white 1992 Buick Century missing and was directed to his car by DPS.
