THEFT-BICYCLE
1:43 a.m. 3400 Block of Powelton Ave.
DPS and Penn Public Safety collaborated to apprehend a known bike thief stealing a bike from Towers Hall on 34th and Powelton Ave. The male and the bike were taken into custody.

11:56 a.m. Calhoun Hall
A Drexel student reported that his black and silver SE mountain bike had been stolen. The bike was valued at $179 and was not registered with Public Safety.

12:03 p.m. Calhoun Hall
DPS received a report from a Drexel student whose dark purple and silver Road Master mountain bike had been stolen from the bike rack in front of Calhoun. The bike was valued at $80.

2:33 p.m. Matheson Hall
Drexel students reported to DPS that two white males were stealing bikes from around campus. DPS pursued and apprehended the suspects and found bolt cutters. The suspects were arrested by SEPTA Transit Police.

VANDALISM
9:58 a.m. 3400 Block of Powelton Ave
DPS responded to the vandalism of a green Liberty Sports Jeep. The right passenger window had been smashed in but nothing seemed stolen. Witnesses described the suspect as a black male riding a purple ladies bike.
BURGLARY
7:59 p.m. 200 Block of N. 34th Street
A Drexel student woke up to find an unknown black male going through his room. DPS reported that the suspect entered the house through an unsecured first floor window.

6:32 p.m. 3300 Block of Hamilton St.
A Drexel student reported that her 1995 white Honda Civic had been stolen on Sept. 30. The theft was reported at the time to PPD but not to DPS.
VANDALISM
10:25 p.m. 3400 Block of Warren St.
A silver Aururo 3.5 was found with the left side windows broken out. UCD and PPD responded.
