Women's basketball schedule released

The women's basketball team released its schedule for the 2008-2009 season.
The Dragons will open up with a game at American Nov. 16. Three days later Drexel will open up at home against Philadelphia rival Saint Joesph's.
The Dragons will play in the The Coors Classic Tournament, hosted by the University of Colorado on Nov. 28-29, and the Saint Joesph's Hawk Classic on Dec. 28-29.
Drexel will also play Army and Bucknell, as well as rivals Penn and La Salle during its non-conference schedule.
The Dragons will begin conference play on Jan. 4 with a game in Newark against Delaware.
Drexel will defending CAA Champion Old Dominion Feb. 12 and finish up CAA play March 4 at James Madison.
For the first time, the Dukes will host the conference tournament from March 12-15.
