Drexel student reports assault near campus

Philadelphia Police are investigating a sexual assault reported by a Drexel student Sept. 27, according to NBC10.
According to the reports, the attack allegedly happened at 418 Saunders Ave. in Mantua.
Drexel issued a statement that Drexel Public Safety was informed of a sexual assault that occurred off-campus involving a female student.
DPS is working with the Philadelphia Police Department and Drexel's Office of Counseling and Health, Victim Support and Intervention Services, according to Domenic Ceccanecchio, senior associate vice president for Public Safety.
The Special Victim's Unit of the PPD said no arrests have been made and no information is available at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
