Only three customers remain without power, including Nesbitt Hall and the Daskalakis Athletic Center, officials said the afternoon of Aug. 7. Night classes in Nesbitt and activities in the DAC have been canceled, according to a University statement.
The buildings affected by the outage included The Earl Mack School of Law, Hagerty Library, the DAC, Nesbitt Hall and the General Services Building.
Drexel Public Safety evacuated all of those buildings shortly after they lost power. Power has been restored to most campus buildings.
Some buildings at the University of Pennsylvania and the Left Bank Apartments also lost power, according to a police officer on the scene.
A PECO spokeswoman said the cause of outage was still under investigation.
