Sen. Hillary Clinton will appear on Drexel's University City campus April 11 for an event titled "solutions for urban economies," a campaign source said April 9.
The event will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Main Building and will be a "town hall" style event with the chance to pose questions to Clinton, the source said.
No tickets will be required and seating will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
"It will be my great pleasure to welcome Sen. Clinton. We look forward to the possibility of hosting similar events with Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. John McCain," University President Constantine Papadakis wrote in a campus-wide e-mail April 10.
Clinton will be joined by Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, according to the e-mail.
