Outdoor Exercise: Surprisingly Effective

Finding time to exercise has become a serious challenge for anyone who puts in long hours at the office or has to look after equally busy children.
The opportunities to get regular exercise are out there though, and they don't necessarily have to involve going to a health club. Simply having to go outdoors each day can pose a variety of exercise possibilities. The trick is to recognize them.
Here's a few ways you can give attention to your physical fitness during a busy schedule:
Find time to take a couple of 10-minute walks throughout the day. A few minutes of activity can provide healthful benefits.
Rise earlier in the morning, and perform exercises for at least 30 minutes twice a week. After you adjust to the workouts at an earlier time, add another day or two to the routine.
Add extra steps to your daily walk by parking in the back row of a lot at work or when running errands. You can also park a few blocks away and walk quickly to your destination.
Rather than head out to the market or taking in a movie on the weekend, go for a long bike ride, learn how to rock climb or head to a swimming pool.
