Pyramid Pizza offers a unique selection of "Jimmy" hoagies, including "Jimmy's brother," and "Big Fat Jimmy."

Pyramid Pizza's owner, Jimmy, has a lot of pride in his signature "Jimmy" hoagie. Each sandwich goes by a different family member, like Jimmy's mom, Jimmy's brother, or Big Fat Jimmy. I opted for Jimmy's Sister, a concoction of steak, cheese whiz, tomato sauce, mozzarella sticks, fries and breaded chicken tenders, along with a touch of hot sauce.

The ingredients seem to take a nod at Rutgers University's well-known "Fat Sandwiches," which come in multiple variations of the Jimmy family hoagies.

Jimmy's sister was a delicious and fairly priced option, running at $4, for those who like to get a taste of all the lunch truck staples in one convenient package. It's not the healthiest fare of all the lunch truck choices, but if you're of the South-Asian persuasion, you can get a taste of home with their chicken jalfrezi or chicken palak, served either platter style or in a pita.

Overall, Pyramid Pizza has a wide selection of typical lunch truck offerings, along with some not-so-typical ones. It's worth a trip behind the Main Building to satisfy your lunchtime hunger pangs.
