George's truck offers typical lunch truck food, such as hoagies and steaks, as well as pita sandwiches.

George's is the first truck in the line behind the Main Building, and judging by the size of the lunchtime crowd, one of the most popular.

George's offers the typical lunch truck food, including hoagies, sandwiches, steaks, salads, and breakfast items. Additionally, George's has a variety of sandwiches that he serves on pita bread.

One such sandwich, arguably the truck's best offering, is the Grilled Chicken Deluxe with Cheese on a pita. Lettuce, tomato, onions and honey mustard garnish the chicken and cheese and make for a delicious quick lunch treat. This specialty costs $3.75.

The compact size of the pita makes it easier and quicker to eat. Many people also opt for pita bread over a bread roll for the reduction in carbs and calories. This sandwich tastes great, and doesn't have empty calories from a foot-long roll.

During the lunchtime crowd, wait times at George's can approach 10 minutes, but this is rare and you will certainly get an apology if you are waiting for that long. The workers in George's are very cordial and friendly as well.
