The following are crimes that occurred on or near campus and were reported to The Triangle by the Drexel University Department of Public Safety. All information included in this report is taken from law enforcement or DPS incident reports.
February 12, 2008
LARCENY-THEFT
1:34 p.m. Towers Hall
A Drexel student's parent reported that her son's silver Apple Mac Book Pro was taken from the community lounge on the 10th floor of Towers Hall. No one saw who took the laptop, valued at $2,000.
LARCENY-THEFT
1:54 p.m. 34th Street and Lancaster Avenue
A Drexel graduate student reported that he had a jar of change that was worth about $20 stolen from her office in the Hess Research Lab.
LARCENY-THEFT
5:30 p.m. Towers Hall
A desk worker at Towers Hall reported that someone had stolen a bike out of the bike room. The bike was a blue 12, speed Diamond Back Racing bike with white handle bars, valued at $750.

LARCENY-THEFT
3:15 p.m. Nesbitt Hall
A complainant reported that someone stole a MacBook Pro Silver laptop valued at $2,000. There were two broken locks and one missing laptop.

DRUG POLICY VIOLATION
12:31 a.m. Kelly Hall
After an anonymous tip of a drug deal in Kelly Hall, DPS and Residential Living searched a room in Kelly Hall and found marijuana and drug parephenalia. Items included a clear plastic baggie containing 11 white unknown pills, a red plastic bong pipe and two CVS pill bottles containing marijuana stems and residue, among many other items.
