Milton Street jury deadlocked on seven charges

The federal jury reviewing fraud and tax evasion charges told the judge they were deadlocked after two days of deliberation, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Feb. 21. United States District Judge Legrome Davis did not declare a mistrial and ordered the jury to continue discussing the case. Clinton falls behind Obama

Sen. Hillary Clinton's lead over Sen. Barack Obama has fallen 12 points, according to a Philadelphia Daily News/Franklin Marshall Poll.

"This [Pennsylvania] is a state she should do well in, and she has a lead, but the Clinton campaign's anxiety level has to be going up," poll director Terry Madonna told the Daily News.

The Daily News reported a 47 percent to 28 percent margin, while Obama held a 55 to 25 lead among nonwhites, with about one out of five in both categories undecided.
