The following are crimes that occurred on or near campus and were reported to The Triangle by the Drexel University Department of Public Safety. All information included in this report is taken from law enforcement or DPS incident reports.

January 30, 2008

LARCENY-THEFT

2:34 p.m. New College Building

A complainant of Mini Med reported that a projector and two laptops were missing from the department storage from her office. The items were last seen in December.

LARCENY-THEFT

5:09 p.m. Towers Hall

A student reported that she was awoken by a dark-haired woman riffling through her closet, and was startled by the student stirring in bed and ran off. Three pairs of jeans were taken valuing $120. The student also reported that this was not the first time this occured, but she did not report it as nothing was taken.

LARCENY-THEFT

2:41 p.m. DAC

A Drexel student reported that his bike was stolen from a tree that he had it locked to in front of the gym. He searched Craig's list and stated that there was a listing for a bike fitting its description.

DRUG VIOLATION

10:08 p.m. Calhoun Hall

No information reported.

LARCENY-THEFT

4:47 p.m. Hagerty Library

A complainant reported that while he was on the second floor of the library in the restroom, someone had removed his laptop from the table where he was sitting.


February 1, 2008

VANDALISM

11:59 p.m. Calhoun Hall

A Drexel student reported the board on the outside of the door said "Why don't you bring your girlfriend here so we can KILL you both." The student was in the shower when the incident occurred.


February 3, 2008

VANDALISM

9:52 p.m. Calhoun Hall

On an elevator in Calhoun Hall, the word "penis" was written on the wall.
