The estimated cost for this project is two million dollars. Drexel is also working with the city and the community to put a crosswalk on 34th Street connecting Lancaster Walk to Lancaster Avenue in front of 7-Eleven.

According to the Landscaping Master Plan, the school is also planning to close the 32nd Street cut-off from Market Street in front of Firestone and replace it with a pedestrian-friendly walkway and green-space.

Other Smaller Projects

Street behind University Crossings and extend the 32nd Street Mall (located between Main Building / Paul Peck Center and Stratton / Matheson Halls) next to University Crossings. According to Katsaounis, there are no immediate plans for this work, but it is in the master plan for the University and West Philadelphia.

2. Clock Tower - According to the Master Plan, the university would like to construct a clock tower as a "campanile gateway" for the University. The clock tower that is proposed would be located on the corner of 32nd and Market Streets.
