The fourth annual Make-a-Difference-Day awards were presented to faculty during half-time of the women's lacrosse game against American Unversity. Faculty members were nominated by student athletes at Drexel.

Receiving plaques were Scott Knowles, history and politics; James Donnelly, mathematics; Cheryl Mele, nursing; Mike Kelly, sports management; and Juli LaRosa, business.

The awards honor faculty members that made a difference not only by teaching student athletes, but also by mentoring them as well. Before receiving his or her plaque, each faculty member was thanked for making a difference at Drexel University.
