There's a lot to be said about the characters on Entourage, each one based on people in Executive Producer Mark Wahlberg's life. Drama, played by Kevin Dillon, is the older brother, a tinsel-town has-been who's on the verge of a new show. Turtle, played by Jeremy Ferrera, is the gopher for the group, but without whom nothing would ever happen. He's the party planner and the one with all the connections in all the right places. All this based only on the fact that he has an inside track with one of the hottest stars in Hollywood, Vincent Chase. Eric 'E' Murphy, played by Kevin Connolly, is the rationality that guides Vince. Sadly, that makes him the most stable character with the least interesting story. And then there's Ari Gold, brilliantly played by Jeremy Piven. He is an agent without an equal. He is abusive and loud, and that's why we love him.
It comes as no surprise that Ari is doing all he can to get Vince back and that includes giving a script of a part Vince badly wants as a 'birthday present'.
In my opinion, Ari is going to be re-hired. There is no doubt about it. It's just up to us to sit back and watch how. I, for one, know I'll be waiting.
