Friends, family and co-workers gathered together to share memories of Professor Emeritus Martin Kaplan in the Berhakis Grand Hall March 10. Kaplan is survived by his wife of 63 years, Doris, daughters Judy and Ruth, grandson Joshua, brother Murray and nephew Ken. In honor of his 68 years at Drexel, Interim Provost Ali Houshmand announced the naming of the high-voltage undergraduate laboratory after Kaplan. Twenty speakers shared memories from years gone by to celebrate his life. The professor passed away Jan. 26.
