The Steinbright Career Development Center is working on ways to improve the way students secure co-op jobs. The University has one of the largest co-op programs in the world. Approximately 4,000 Drexel students go on co-op every year; the vast majority find their jobs through the SCDC's online application system.
"Have I used Facebook since I've been here? No. But do I plan to? Yes," said Sheila Fleishman, director of Judicial Affairs.

Reports in the March 28 issue of BusinessWeek state the owners of Facebook are looking to sell the Web site for as much as $2 billion. According to this report, the privately-held company has already turned down a $750 million offer. "The reports that Facebook is for sale are nothing but rumor, and we do not comment on rumor," said Chris Hughes, a spokesperson for Facebook told The Triangle.
Jacquelyn Lannutti, a sophomore in the LeBow College of Business, was recognized as Philly.com's Woman of the Week. Lannutti, who works as a resident assistant in Kelly Hall, was nominated for the award because of her recent fund-raiser supporting breast cancer research.

Athena Michaelidis, a senior majoring in teacher education, will graduate at the School of Education commencement ceremony June 17. Drexel's urban setting and ethnic diversity were factors in attracting her to the University. A resident of suburban New Jersey, Michaelidis looked at several schools in Philadelphia and New York.
