An exciting game Oct. 31 ended in double overtime giving Drexel (5-11-0, 2-6 Colonial Athletic Association) a 1-0 edge over George Mason (7-0-1, 3-5 CAA). The men fought hard throughout the game with 19 shots from George Mason and eight shots from Drexel-however, the game remained scoreless until overtime thanks to the hard work of goalies Jim Greco of Drexel and John O'Hara of Mason.

In their final game of the 2004 season, the Drexel field hockey team dropped a heartbreaker to Hofstra by a score of 1-0. The loss gives the Dragons a final record of 8-11 (3-4 in Colonial Athletic Association) and also knocks them out of the CAA playoffs.
Hofstra's Chrissy Arnone put the Drexel women's soccer team away early in the Dragons 6-1 loss to the Pride Oct. 30. The loss ends a disappointing season for the Dragons where they finished with a record of 4-12-4 (0-7-2 in the Colonial Athletic Association.
On Tuesday, Nov. 30th you may hear and see something you have never heard or seen in Philadelphia. When it comes to chants, cheers and jeers, you almost never would hear or see the Tomahawk chop or the chant that coincides with it. Once in a blue moon, when the Atlanta Braves come to town to play the Philadelphia Phillies, a few brave fans from Atlanta may start the chop.
